Production traditions

Cognac is produced using the double distillation method. Distillation is carried out in two stages in accordance with the requirements of EASU GOST 31728-2014 and TR TS 021/2011 "On the safety of food products".

At this stage, we collect only the "heart" of the distillate - the middle fraction, which contains the most subtle flavours.

Precision and accuracy are required to achieve consistently high quality. It is thanks to this principle that our cognac wins prizes at international tasting competitions year after year
